All-Inclusive
Memory Care
Kimball Farms’ Life Enrichment Memory Program (LEP) is open to individuals with an early-onset dementia diagnosis. Our LEP’s safe environment, and higher staff-to-resident ratio than traditional Assisted Living programs, allows caregivers to ensure residents receive the personalized attention they need. The 24-hour team is overseen by an on-duty, licensed nurse and specializes in dementia care training.
To help residents experience the best possible quality of life, our Assisted Living Memory Care includes:
- Three daily meals, plus snacks
- Assistance with daily routines and Activities of Daily Living
- Weekly personal laundry and housekeeping
- Overnight assistance
- Self-Administered Medication Management (SAMM)
- Emergency response system
“I’m so grateful for the welcoming community my mom has found in the Life Enrichment Program.
The Kimball Farms team provides everything she needs to thrive. I couldn’t ask for a better place for my mom to call home.”

Enriching Every Day
Our LEP is based on the habilitation model, a framework—jointly developed by the Alzheimer’s Association’s® Dr. Paul Raia and Alzheimer’s advocate and author Joanne Koenig Coste—for understanding, communicating and interacting with people who have dementia, joining them within their reality for more positive experiences. Programming is built around resident interests, offering familiar, everyday activities with a focus on the skills and abilities that remain for a failure-free environment where residents can succeed and feel good about themselves. Activities include:
- Interactive games
- Music
- Tai chi
- Billiards
- Painting
- Gardening
- Socializing
- And more
We encourage our Assisted Living Memory Care residents to be the best people they can be by celebrating the good days, bolstering their self-esteem and showing them the utmost dignity and respect.
